The development of OnTrak Systems has taken a decade to develop, test, and refine.  It is the culmination of answering the industry’s inability to provide its customers with a reliable service.  Key elements in the Ziker system are:

No one wishes to waste valuable time dealing with employee uniform issues!   Ziker Uniforms manages the uniform rental program for the customer so their focus can be where it belongs:  on their business.

At each weekly delivery, Ziker Route Service Representatives complete 3 very important duties with the customer!

  1. Reviews the weekly invoice noting any changes and explaining all charges
  2. Reviews the Customer SERVICE REQUEST BOARD
  3. Reviews the WEEKLY ACCOUNT REVIEW report.  This  makes the service tangible, letting the customer know all that we have done and are doing to manage it for them

Each year a Ziker Uniforms Territory Manager will set up a formal visit to walk through the account, interview key personnel, see what changes have occurred with the customers business, and make recommendations on how Ziker Uniforms can help them.  Ziker will also advise the customer on how its business has changed and if we are a still a good fit for each other. Keeping committed to each other all along the way is very important in long term relationships.

Ziker Uniforms interactive website featuring “Your Dashboard” makes it easy for the customer to access their specific account information, along with the ability to add or quit wearers, and pay invoices, and more.

Ziker Uniforms unique garment bar code tracking systems provides for a no-shortage system that is nearly 100% accurate.  Uniforms soil counts are electronically sent to each customer and are available on Your Dashboard. Matching to those counts at final shipping is what makes the system unique.  This allows the customer to see what wearers are turning in and receiving back.

Repairs are completed and shipped back each week.   First, requests from the SERVICE REQUEST BOARD are entered into the system. As uniforms are scanned in processing, those requests pop up on the computer and are completed at that time.   2nd, each uniform is manually inspected for the following:  Buttons Missing, Crotches Ripped Out, Holes, and Seams Coming Loose.  These inspections are done by a certified/trained inspector to assure quality standards are being maintained each and every time a uniform is processed.

The replacement of worn uniforms is similar to the repair process.  Replacing worn garments can either come from a SERVICE REQUEST BOARD, or from the certified inspector.  When a uniform is identified to be replaced, a work order is automatically generated in our onsite Stockroom for immediate fulfillment and shipping.  The worn garment is automatically assigned to be removed from customer’s inventory.  This is completely unique to the Ziker OnTrak System.

BACKORDERS of garments are endemic in the uniform rental industry.  Ziker Uniforms OnTrak Systems manages backorders by communicating 2 different ways with the customer.  When a backorder from our supplier is first identified an email or a phone call from our Stockroom personnel to the customer alerting them to the backorder situation and when the expected delivery date will be generated.  Further, each week all BACKORDERS are an important part of the Route Service Representative that reviews the WEEKLY ACCOUNT REVIEW report with each customer each week to alert them to backorders.
